CAMPING
New Hope Hill offers a dining and dance hall, horse and people water,full service electricity, restrooms with showers.

MEALS
We provide three tasty meals a day. Bring your saddle bags and canteens to pack our prepared lunch for on the trail.

ENTERTAINMENT
Entertainment consists of music, pickin’ and grinnin’ around the campfire and bingo with great horsey prizes!

TRAIL RIDES
Rides cloverleaf with a permanent camp. Available options include fast or slow rides for all day or half day beginning Sunday after lunch through Friday.

One Horse GapWelcome to New Hope Hill!  New Hope Hill offers a dining and dance hall, showers, and electricity. Paneled horse pens are available at $20/pen for the week.

Horse pens are required, yours or ours. Week long ride fee includes camping Saturday through Friday night. You may arrive as early as Thursday before the ride date.  (Early camp fee applies.).

The Accomodations

One Horse Gap River The One Horse Gap Trail Rides are held annually at “New Hope Hill”. Entry Fee includes camping Saturday through Friday night and meals beginning at noon on Sunday, ending with Saturday morning’s breakfast. Meals are available for purchase for Saturday supper and Sunday breakfast prior to the start of the ride. Campers may arrive on Thursday before the ride begins. Early camp fee will be charged for Thursday and Friday nights. Special arrivals before Thursday can be arranged ahead of time. Contact us.

Pens for horses are required and must be reserved in advance. Hay, grain are available at cost and a camp horseshoer is also available (private treaty).

Tent camping is also welcome.

A small number of rooms to rent are available locally off-site. Please contact us for details.

Note: The State of Illinois is requires an “Entry Permit” for out of state equine. See ‘Rules’ for more information.  Contact your vet for details.

The Trails and Landmarks

One Horse on HorseSpend an unforgettable week riding along side spectacular scenic outcroppings, rushing streams and clear lakes. See mother nature in all her glory! We’ll ride each day–Sunday afternoon through Friday.
